"We loved our stay here and will definitely return. The whole experience felt luxurious from start to finish. We were in town for a wedding, and the staff went above and beyond—lending us a steamer and making everything easy. We happened to stay during the black rain, but our corner room with a harbour view was still beautiful and such a comfortable retreat. The hotel also provided umbrellas, which was a thoughtful and practical touch during the storm. The property is conveniently connected to a small mall, with shops and dining close at hand, and it’s only about two blocks from the train station. Staff were consistently attentive, especially with helping us in and out of taxis and Ubers. The combination of great service, convenience, and comfort made this stay memorable. Highly recommend."

On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. "Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent, great facilities (especially the pool area was well appreciated). Had a view of the harbour which was nice. And the rooftop viewing deck is incredible at sunset. Location is a little bit away from other sights, but it’s well connected by bus or train. The room was maybe a little dated, but I definitely enjoyed my stay. Thank you"
