"The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

"There very poor communication from the host. I never got any information about how to collect the keys. I went to the address late at night hoping the office was open only to find out I was at the wrong address though that was the address that was sent to me to my email 2 days prior. We then went to the named property on the App but could not locate it as there was no building on that street that had that name. I texted the host via the App and called the provided phone number with no response....
