Hope to return soon
Idyllic retreat to disconnect and immerse in 'nature cure'. Wildlife watching from the door: stargazing and bat patrol. Log burner ensured nights were cosy. Fairy lights in the willow tree added magic at dusk. I love the layout of this Shepherd's hut and hope to return.

Really comfortable and enjoyable stay
Very comfortable retreat in an idilac location. Tranquil and peaceful. The host's were very attentive and always informed that if there was anything they could do then just ask. I really enjoyed sitting in the outside space in the early evenings.

Lovely and clean
Our stay was everything we wanted and more! The Shepards Hut and its surroundings were beautiful. Mary was beyond welcoming and the communication was amazing! We wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the area and have more evenings cozied up outside by the fire pit… so we will be back at some point. Lovely and clean, great shower and the bed was so comfortable!
