"The apartment is exactly as described: comfortable, spacious, with almost everything I needed, apart from coffee making apparatus. Not even a cafetiere, just instant sachets. Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised. "First, I must say how impressed I was with the staff. Prior to our stay, they checked in with me to see if I had any additional needs or questions. They held our luggage for us prior to check in, so we could begin exploring London. We had a garden apartment which was clean, quiet and a short walk to Hammersmith tube station. There were plenty of groceries, breakfast/coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Loved the location! This made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation."
