"One elevator doesn’t go to floor 7 and is annoying if is the one that opens when trying to use it, one of the restaurants where they serve dinner is too hot and doesn’t have any fans, other than that is fine, staff is friendly and food and drinks are good"

"This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for an adult only all inclusive that is not going to break the bank, one set back is that it does not have direct access to the beach, you have to go through the Crystal which is next door. Another set back I noticed is that the Hotel seems to be quite understaffed around the pools and restaurants, specially since the place was quite full since they're converting it to a Time Share."

"Overall, very nice stay! We had one of the luxury suites since we came as a family of six. There was plenty of space and the air-conditioning kept the room, nice and cool. Outside of our room was a little unclean and the elevator is really tiny so we did end up taking the stairs quite a bit. All the staff was extremely friendly and really worked their butts off! We had amazing service at the buffet restaurant and the La Piazza Italian restaurant. Danielle was our server at the Italian restaurant and he truly WOWed us! The pools were a bit crowded at times, and the lounger chairs are a little dated and sagged. The gym has NO air conditioning, so plan to get sweaty. The beach was kept clean, and our kids had an amazing time in the ocean."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great beds and a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel grounds. It had everything we needed, including a minibar, iron, and hairdryer. We really enjoyed the food as well. The buffet offered a great variety, and during the day we could enjoy the cevichería and bar. In the evening, there were three restaurants to choose from, as well as the buffet. We also loved the live music at the bar in the evenings. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable both at the resort and while exploring Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back!"
