Motels in Houston County

"I don't like the staff that working that day. I paid and booked a room. She gave my room away."

"Clean room; next to a Huddle House which was very nice!"

"The staff are awesome. We stay there every time we come down. "

"I still shudder 2 years later remembering this hotel! Light bulb out, hairs in tub, dirty room, said would compensate me & never bothered to call."

"Great location on our way down to Florida"

"There was no hairdryer! Coffeemaker but no coffee! No personal hygiene items! Had to ask at the desk. Never did get a hair dryer. There were holes in the ceiling! Some had been patched but some were right over the bed. Will not stay there again."

"There was no breakfast , I was really hoping..."

"customer service was awesome, great staff and the room was great would stay again"

"Near to my work"

"I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. When we returned to our rooms and the keys wouldn't work, the guy at the desk said we only paid for 1 night. He couldn't answer me why they didn't charge for the whole stay. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed...

"This place was very good, in fact it was perfect. I could park my car right in front of the room, the AC was cold like it should be, and there was hot water (unlike some motels). The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely come back again."
