I booked 1 night from Saturday at 3pm to Sunday at 11am. When I arrived at 4:30pm Saturday afternoon the host was surprised that my booking was for that day. We had to wait over an hour for her to clean the unit, before we could enter. She did leave us a party favor for the inconvenience and if that was the only issue, things would have been fine. After getting into the condo, we decided to go out to dinner. Only to return to find out that the key fob given to me didn’t work and wouldn’t be able to access the building or parking garage. Called and msg’d the host who was able to open the gate hours later and fortunately we were able to park on the street and follow another resident inside. Finally we’re inside and ready to watch Tv before bed, and the WiFi connection is available but the Internet was off. Tried resetting the equipment and reached out to the host but was unable to watch TV or use internet the entire trip. This was my 1st time using Vrbo, probably the last time as well. To top it off I called Vrbo directly and voiced all of the issues I was having and how it has negatively affected my experience and was told to ask to host for a discount because there was nothing that VRBO could do to compensate or discount my stay. More than likely my last Vrbo experience
