"House smelled really bad to where it made some of us sick! There were critters all around, one bed is broken, bathroom had worms in shower, back door stairs are lose and we almost fell off of them going in and out taking out luggage, pipe coming out of living room floor, couch is broken so when you sit the side arm rest comes loose and can cause someone to fall. Terrible place to stay, especially if you have allergies or breathing issues such as asthma because it’s filthy and dangerous."

"Cheap and close to areas. Listing shows a gym-there is a cross fit gym across the street but not on site. Other renters may be upstairs in other rooms. Overall cheap and easy with everything needed. No TV in room but not a big deal if you plan to only sleep and shower in the room and do other things. "
