Property is in a great location, staff is minimal but friendly and accommodating, was able to schedule taxi service for us which was really appreciated. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, great grocery store only four blocks away (Neto), would stay there again.

I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. Excellent location. The apartment was much larger than I expected. Very clean. Check in/ check out was straight forward and effective. Very quiet. Had several steps leading up to the apartment which may be difficult to maneuver for someone with mobility issues.

We loved our stay! The apartment felt very cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Being right in Nyhavn made it so convenient to explore Copenhagen. We really enjoyed coming back to such a cozy space after a full day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!

Interesting hip neighborhood. Basically a loft, but room portioned off-two bathrooms.

This is a great apartment in traditional Danish style and is well located. It is within walking distance of the main metro and a bus (1A) that can take you to the metro if needed. There is also a grocery store around the corner and cafes nearby.

This is an incredible property. The area is beautiful with many activities. Stayed here before and early flight. Wished we could have stayed longer. Very convenient to CPH airport. Loved the easy electronic check-in. The apartment is new and beautiful.

Apartment was fantastic. Bedrooms were a good size. Each of our three teens had their own room with plenty of space. Location was very convenient to everyplace we wanted to visit. We had everything we needed inside (refrigerator, cooking needs, laundry). We were provided with an easy check-in process and there was helpful information on the area available inside the apartment. The only negative was when we had to carry suitcases up the staircase because we couldn't figure out how to use...

Great area right in the heart of CPH - close to Ny Haven, Stroget for shopping, plenty of restaurants/bars- lively and fun! Would definitely stay here again!
