"The Flaggs is a special place. Its old world charm is complemented with modern comfortable beds and lovely pillows. Although small it contains everything one needs for a 5 night stay.It is a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river to Settle station from where you can take the scenic Settle to Carlisle line to enjoy splendid views of the Yorkshire Dales or do excellent circular or linear walks.We would stay at the Flaggs again."

"We arrived in the dark which was an experience! When we got inside it was lovely, with a warm and cosy feeling. Rooms were lovely and everything was very clean. At night itā€™s is extremely quiet, which is exactly what we wanted and pitch black . Christmas Eve morning it started to snow which was magical.
