The houses are close together. The unit is on the upper level of a two-story duplex and, to get there, one has to traverse stairs that do not have a stair rail. No central air. Once inside, there was a large air conditioner between the dining and living rooms that leaked into a plastic pail which had to be emptied...

"The property was immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. The location near Buffalo Zoo, Delaware Park and the Elmwood strip, and proximity to the downtown, is great. We visit Buffalo regualrly to see family and will definitely stay there again."
