"My family & I stayed the night here after a fun filled day at Hershey Park, we arrived after check-in time and the front desk had the number for me to call when I arrived so I can check in. That allowed the process to be smooth which I loved Looking forward to visiting again!"

"Property was clean. Staff was wonderful. We settled in our room and new tv wasn't working. Staff worked on it for 2hrs. He felt horrible, but made accommodations for a different room. AC in new room was a bit musty, however room was very clean. Shower head was like a pressure washer, so keeping the shower curtain in the shower was interesting. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool. We will stay again. The staff was hard worked and extremely kind."
