"A special shout-out to Denis, at the door, and Pasquale, at the desk. Without Denis, I would not have been able to move my son into college - he went WAY above and beyond to help out a struggling mom. In 3 short days I felt he'd become a friend, with huge smiles at greeting us and great advice always. Pasquale recognized the wifi trouble in my room, and that I needed to keep working in the (lovely) lobby, and offered to adjust my bill, which was very thoughtful."

"This hotel was very nice and in an amazing location! It was clean and had nice amenities on site. We were surprised that they do not offer wash clothes unless specifically asked for to the house keeping staff directly during cleaning hours. They also do not provide any type of glassware or even plastic cups in each room. We had to go to the restaurant multiple times for cups. Otherwise, we would stay here again. Lovely hotel overall!!"

"Very nice hotel. Its decorated in Victorian type furniture. Very classy. The staff are always accomodating. The steak house is very good, as well as the brunch upstairs on the roof top. We always stay in a suite in case people come visit with us while we're in town. Harry the doorman is wonderful. Always friendly, always holding the door. If we need anything on our way out he talks to the front desk staff & they arrange it for us. He also gave us recommendations for other restaurants we wanted to try outside tge hotel. We stayed here a few times. This time for our sons wedding. "
