"Host cancelled on Friday evening- we were booked from the Sunday. VRBO helpfully suggested alternative and said our money would be refunded for this booking. So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...

We were there for 4 nights and found the apartment was in a perfect location to get into the city centre on the subway or take a leisurely walk along the river. We were close to great food and music!
