"The staff were all very nice. Pretty small breakfast, not many fresh options. The pool was also small and very cold. The air conditioning worked well. In a location more for couples or singles without kids. Not much to do within walking distance."

"This property is still using the Covid excuse to not automatically include housekeeping. They asked if we wanted it when we checked in, and I said yes. But apparently that only includes replacing the towels. The room wasn’t cleaned, vacuumed, nor were the beds made. Even when I asked specifically if they could make the beds, they didn’t. The location is great - very close to the beach and downtown Encinitas. Just don’t expect much from the hotel itself. "

I loved the breakfast each morning -- delivered to your room or outside on the patio surrounded by flowers, the beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas, and the delightful day use of an instax camera -- all for no extra charge. The rooftop patio is wonderful."

"Well the person in charge of the reception give me a room but when I went to it it was ready so I go back to the reception and he gave me a new room it was very clean and perfectly comfortable finally he fixed the first Impresiones and it was amazing not many people have a chance for second chance !"

"The location is excellent above the beach. Parking is easy with 2 spots in the garage and 3 in the driveway.Everything else was a disappointment. We booked the house for an executive retreat"
