"This is a great hotel for couples and families. Nice to have the kitchenette with Whole Foods right down the block. We found it quiet, nice pool and close to the Belly Up if you are seeing a show there. Also some hiking close by. "

"Had a great stay in Encinitas! This location was so convenient for us close to everything including the wedding we were attending at the botanical garden. Check in and check out were a breeze and communication with the host was easy! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and patio! Highly recommend, thanks for having us!"
"I was really surprised by this hotel. Staff were so friendly. Outside is super cute. Amenities were great. The only reason complaint was cleanliness. The bathroom window seal was completely molded. Looks like no one has ever tried to clean it. The balcony was great but also needed to be swept, tons of dead bugs and trash etc. all in all, it was a great location that and the staff would be why we would stay here again! "

"This was our second visit to Tom & Peggy's beautiful vacation cottage. The location is beyond convenient, within a 5-minute walk to the park with tons of pickleball courts, Moonlight Beach, downtown shops, restaurants, and the commuter train to San Diego. The cottage is equipped with more amenities than most will ever need. We had a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the beautifully landscaped outdoor patio with our friends and ordered dinner from local restaurants. If you're looking for a wonderful spot to enjoy the Encinitas coastal area, you'd need not look any further. We had one small issue with a battery in a smoke alarm and Tom responded within minutes to address the issue. Tom and Peggy are the best hosts!"
