But the room we stayed in (self catering unit) needs some upgrades - main bedroom aircon needed servicing, bathroom door was broken, tap was loose as was the toilet roll holder, and a few other things needing repairs. However overall still a good stay "

"We were not aware that the booking made was not through The Capital Zimbali itself, and that the unit was privately owned. We had to wait 2 hours to gain entry to Zimbali due to the entry code that was not sent to us. We coukd not make use of Zimbali amneties, or order room service. The room had no cleaning service over the time we stayed there. The bath could not be used due to the plug that was leaking. The bathroom light turned off by itself.
