"Our stay at Cross Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with everything easily accessible. What really stood out was the comfort and thoughtful design. The room felt modern, spacious, and incredibly well laid out. Small details made a big difference—from the separate toilet and bathroom to lighting in the toilet space that gradually brightens instead of turning on harshly. Everything felt intuitive and well considered. The bed and blankets were especially comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of counter space—something that’s surprisingly rare. Overall, there was genuinely nothing I disliked. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Had such a great stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt super welcoming — they even had a nice welcome drink waiting which was a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast selection was also pretty good! One thing I loved was how much they had going on for guests. They shared entertainment schedules and activities, so there was always something fun to do without even leaving the hotel specially for only a night stay. The customer service really stood out too — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a good time. Overall, just a really enjoyable stay with great amenities and good vibes all around. Would definitely come back!"

"Incredible location, minutes from kiyumizudera. Definitely take advantage of the great bar and cafe on site. We didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant but it smelled great. Best part was walking through Gion at the end of the night to get back."
