"Great location near Ueno station and Ueno park! So easy to get to from Narita airport via Keisei Skyliner. Lots of shopping and restaurant options close by. Ueno Park was very lovely and a great place to decompress from the bussle of the city. The hotel was very clean. Of course the rooms are compact -- like a cruise ship cabin -- but had everything we needed. The room and fabric deodorizer was a welcome addition! The room is exactly as the picture displayed. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. We stayed in a room containing a queen bed and bunk bed. It was tight but the teens felt like they had their own space in their bunks. The spa was well-stocked with towels and beauty products. Such a great way to relax at the end of a long day walking. We will stay here again!"

"Love the atmosphere, the house cleaning was excellent, the Japanese breakfast was amazing. Location is very convenient to the Shibakoen station and Akabanebashi station. Quiet location away from the city but still close enough to the transit stations. "
