"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. They had a living room we could use with couch and restroom when we arrived hours before check in. I would give more stars if I could."

"This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. However, the weather was splendid, so it was actually not needed. The staff was incredibly kind and generous. There’s also a laundromat right across the street. A little pricey, but after."
