"Great location and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They met us at the train station and took us to get Machu Picchu tickets straight away. Room was a great size, shower was good with hot water, however the jacuzzi bath was a let down, brown smelly water and jets projected water all over the room, but to be honest wasn’t bothered whether it was there or not.
