"We stayed in the 3 bedroom flat and the beds were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The apartment however was very sparsely decorated and honestly quite dreary and unwelcoming. The couch also had stains on it. Add some pictures or fixtures or anything, the place looks kind of rundown. Some door stops would also be helpful as it's an apartment with 5 different rooms in it.
