Really great hotel and fantastic stay, beds were slightly firm but mostly comfortable. The walls are very thin especially if youā€™re next door to a hen party, but breakfast is included and the hotel is in an amazing location close to all the attractions for a reasonable price. The shower was also one of the best showers myself and my partner have ever encountered in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

The staff were friendly. The location is central, close to the Waverley train station and walking distance to so many things. The kitchen was well equipped. The laundry was convenient, although the machines are a little touchy and take forever to do a load. The apartment was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard however that is a personal preference. Our room had a nice interior view of the gardens and was quiet. Overall a great home base while in Edinburgh.
