"Given how many steps there are almost everywhere in Edinburgh a few steps up to Reception was a breeze. All staff were helpful and friendly- Femi in particular. He was super prompt to resolve an issue we had. It’s a bit like going back in time - especially the beautiful breakfast room and cosy (but spacious) lounge. Our room was huge, simply furnished super size bed . Although hotel is right on Princes street (very convenient for buses and trams) the room was at the back and peaceful."
