"The hotel has great options for a family, offering a suite with multiple beds at a great rate. The rating was good, so we booked it last minute for a one-night stay. While the staff was vey nice and helpful, I was disappointed with the room cleanliness: multiple stains on the sofa bed as well as the main beds' cover. Quite a difference from the expectation you get initially. Overall, the property is close to Cleveland downtown and other attractions, has a nice gym and a variety of selections...
