"Some of the staff were not very helpful. The shift manager was very helpful. There were some items that were in need of repair. Also, our room was not as clean as it could’ve been. One area where they could improve it to offer coffee throughout the day. after breakfast, the only coffee you can get is that from your room but the coffee pot in our room was not clean and had brown sludge in the area over the water belongs so we did not use it. Other guest that I spoke with Also complained about not...
