Beautiful Country Home that has been completely renovated and is in a beautiful park like setting with access to everything close by. Big Hoffas BBQ & Italian Restaurant, Antique Warehouse, Grocery, CVS, Enterprise, Parks and downtown are all within walking distance. The home is very large and accommodating for an entire team or large family or group gathering! You will be personally checked in to help you understand where everything is. Large Party Barn is available for an additional charge.

Spacious Rental

Everything with our stay was wonderful. We had a group of 12 and it worked out perfect. The host was a great communicator and the home was very clean. This is an older home, but it is well maintained.

Wedding Weekend

Had a group in for a wedding and being race weekend, we needed a place for several people to stay as well as a place for us to host on the “off days”. This property had plenty of places for people to sleep as well as a couple different areas to host gatherings. Communication was excellent and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Take my 3k I spent for two nights and buy king or queen size beds and nice pillows and comforters for all rooms. Twin beds are unacceptable. Bunks in basement are for small children, not anyone over the age of 10. Front porch was in deplorable condition, carpet is 20 years old, walls are filthy…. And tv’s and Wi-Fi do not work.

There are a lot positives but future renters should know certain aspects going in. It is described as “in a beautiful park like setting”. While there are plenty of trees, shade and yard, the farmhouse is on common ground with another house (20 yards away) as well as a car repair shop in the back. We took scooters for our 4 older grandchildren (3-6 years) thinking they would be able to scooter in the driveway. With the driveway being shared, that didn’t happen. They did a nice job of renovating the farmhouse. 1st floor was very clean. With temperatures into the mid 90’s, the 2nd floor was pretty warm as there isn’t a separate A/C unit for upstairs. They do supply fans, etc. for upstairs. We bought a couple of more fans to push A/C up from the 1st floor. With these additional fans, we were fine even with the high temperature. The washer (wouldn't spin out) and dryer (3 cycles for towels to dry) need to be replaced. (We ended up going to a laundry mat to keep up). Dishes were marginal for 14 (2 Grandparents, 6 adults, 6 kids). The beds were comfortable. We did spend time on the front porch albeit it sits 50 yards back and faces the fairly busy street. 1 set of porch furniture needs a deep cleaning. Location is great. 20 min to Carmel Clay Water Park, 30 min to Children’s Museum, 25 min to Pinheads, 3 min walk across the street for breakfast or 3 min walk to the west to Big Hoffa BBQ (and ice cream). Walking trails and several playgrounds nearby. Jeff was very responsive.

Westfield home for family reunion

This property was perfect for our family’s reunion. We used the patio for dinner and hanging out each night. Had there been rain, there was plenty of room to move inside. The back yard allowed us to have an afternoon of family Olympics.
