Spacious master suite with separate soaking tub and shower; in-law quarters with en-suite bathroom. Gorgeous dining room with rock wall. Chef's kitchen with granite countertops. All bedrooms with their own Smart TV. Everything is included for your time in the Coachella Valley. Dishes; Utensils; Linens; even a starter pantry. Conveniently located 15 minutes to anywhere in the Coachella Valley, including our 3 local hospitals [Eisenhower Health; JFK Memorial Hospital; and Desert Regional Hospital] Gated Community with expansive walking trails. Indio Municipal Golf Course, which is lighted and offers great nighttime golf, is only 5 minutes away. Lots of shopping and lots of places to eat in the immediate area. Just a few short miles to Fantasy Springs Casino with plenty of entertainment and fine dining. Then there's the whole rest of the Coachella Valley to explore. Hiking, biking, golf, parks, museums, El Paseo, The Living Desert Zoo, The Palm Springs Tram, the list goes on. Monthly housekeeping available at an extra fee. Monthly rental includes ALL UTILITIES, Cable TV & High-Speed WiFi. One month minimum rental.
