"We like staying at harbour hotel but really like the flats very nice place to stay, the hotel toilets is blocked so had 2 have someone out for that, still not right but it’s fine the staff is nice and helpful I would recommend the hotel and the flat two stay"

"Very comfortable, functional & convenient stay. I needed one nights B&B as I was playing in 2 England Golf competitions. North Shore was perfect. Relatively small room but wasn’t in it very long, so didn’t matter. Excellent breakfast. Bar in the evening was very quiet but the bar staff were very friendly & helpful."

"Need to have choice of duvet as the provided was far too warm for me in June. Had to take cover off and use this rather than the duvet. Leaving windows open downstairs during night was necessary as too warm but always worry about security. Keys for front door and room door could be more easily identifiable as constantly trying wrong one as look the same. Pavillion last food orders didn't align with advertised times "
