"We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"

Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. "We had to check in after reception hours, which I prearranged with the hotel. It was a smooth and easy process arriving after hours. Our room was spacious and very clean. We utilized the pool and our kids enjoyed had a blast. Breakfast was fantastic and staff was very kind and helpful! Great option for families and would stay again."
