Refused to take my calls after I made them aware of the situation and that we were leaving property. Very disappointed in hotels.com for the way they handled the situation and I bough the travelers insurance and no one will refund me my money. "

Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...
