It's really not walkable to go get groceries etc. it is a really car centric city and not much public transportation.

Irvine is a great and safe community. The property is located near condos and industrial businesses, but a 3 minute drive has a Starbucks, 7-Eleven, restaurants, McDonalds, and it is very close to the 405 fwy and to shopping malls and attractions.

Irvine is awesome city having it all but you definitely need reliable personal transportation to be able to move around. Everything is in a drive-away distance with many options to eat, dine, walk around or just aimlessly drive around.

Scary drivers come out at night. It's like being in the Mario Kart video game, where everyone just drives chaotically. The water has an odor that smells like lake or swamp water. Took a while to get used to it.

Plenty of things to do. Once you get to the Atrium walk or take an Uber. Easiest way to get around if you are not familiar with the are. So close to the airport. 2 minutes away.
