"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. "There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces."
