"The apartment itself was nice, clean and very modern. The only thing we think would've been nice was an extra blanket and maybe something more for the exterior, because it doesn't look very promising when looking from the road. Overall, excellent value for money."

"Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"Excellent location to beach, restaurants & shops. A little tricky to initially find since there is a Silver Sands Beach Hotel 1 minute by walking away and this place is Silver Sands Penthouse. We decided not to rent a car because they drive on the left side of road and local buses are only €1.50 each way. Beach lounges are only €2.50 a full day and Fig Tree Beach, a 5 minute walk has the best sand, clearest water anywhere. The penthouse has a perfect view and a professional management. We highly...

"We stayed in this lovely apartment October 24. Great views across Protaras (I’m missing that view already) and only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main strip. On arrival the key was in the safety box as stated with easy access into the apartment. We arrived at the department after 10 pm. It would’ve been nice to have a bit of a welcome pack maybe some milk and some bottles of water just to start the holiday. We were lucky and a car so could go and find an open shop. "Property was clean and modern. Plenty of tables, chairs and sun loungers. Used the washing machine and dishwasher a couple of times. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop at night watching the sunset. Villa was 20 minute walk into town centre but was a hike back up the hill to get back. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "
