"On arrival the hotel exterior is beautiful and was greeted by the hotel luggage staff. Yes, the room was delayed, however the manager on duty was exceptional she give us complimentary nibbles and drinks for the delay. Also, made my children feel welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them."
