"Stayed here two weeks and the location was perfect for us…met our needs just right. It’s close to the everything, sites, transport, our language school, provisions, good restaurants, but doesn’t feel like you’re staying in the midst of noisy tourist fray.Expect to be aware of the neighbors, but they live here and that’s normal. We would gladly stay here again. "

"We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Concierge were the best and helped us plan months before and were so friendly and helpful for organizing and giving ideas. We had the spa in the room which was wonderful. Very clean and we found it easy to get around using google maps ! Had a private Gondola from the hotel and water taxi from airport to Hotel and these all made for an absolute fantastic break. Would definitely come back to this Hotel if ever in Venice and highly recommend"
