"The hotel and room were nice. But there was no WiFi or working TV. When I called the front desk, I was connected to IT support (it sounded like India) - who told me to call a second international number, which we did not do because we were really frustrated at that point. To top it off, the hotel charged our room for an international call when all we had done is call the front desk for help! Fortunately they refunded the charge after I called them - but the WiFi/TV/tech support was very poor and confusing. Good hotel otherwise."

"very convenient shuttle, but picks up at door 2C not 2E as posted somewhere. Pizza and gelato place right in the hotel were so awesome- after a day of travel it was a quick and convenient way to get food and pizza was delicious. Breakfast was good too. Easy walk to train or the shopping mall."

"So this is what it's like to stay in a "tech-bro" hotel! No closet, just a chrome grid to hand my hoodie and messenger bag. (I actually didn't have either of these, so I felt the loss of a dresser/drawers.) NOTHING to hang towels on in the bathroom. Would it kill them to have a couple of hooks? Full bar, and I mean full--too bad I don't drink. The beds were low, but the sheets and mattress was extremely comfortable. The resturant next to the hotel had great food."
