"The house was very outdated, the pictures are very old and the house did not look like pictures at all, the amenities were poorly maintained and the house was super dirty. There was insects and roaches in the house and pool did not work, the host attempted to make things work but seemed to be angry when he has to come resolve an issue so we stopped asking for help. "The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado"
