"First nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and couch was torn up, looked like cat scratches. They moved us into second room which smelled of smoke and wet dog. Pieces of trash outside, clientele looked sketchy."

"Property looked clean and well kept; however, we noticed 10 roaches throughout our one-night stay. A couple were even crawling across my bed. I noticed at check-in that there was a notice on the desk that pest control was coming on 3/23. I was unable to notify the front desk of this issue because they did not open the office until 0900 and we had to leave before then. We utilized the key drop. Also, while the furnishings and linens were nice and recently updated, the beds were way too close together. One average sized person could barely get out of bed and walk to the foot of the bed. "

"Elevator down with no prior alert before arriving to the hotel. when I arrived at the hotel with my 75 year old mother, who was absolutely unable to walk up two flights of steps, I was told the elevator was down and no apologizes were made for the inconvenience nor any empathy shown by the night auditor."

"Bathroom door wouldn’t shut it hit the commode .. front door locked but wouldn’t close all the way u could see lots of light thru it! Train blows at 745 am sounds like it’s coming thru the building. Shower and bathroom floor was super slippery had to put towel in shower to keep from skidding down. . Very sketchy folks to be in ocean springs .. "
