"The staff was amazing! We had trouble with the smoke alarm going off several times. There first time was the night we arrived. All we had to do was reset it! There next time it went off was at midnight, we reset it! The third time was 6 in the morning, we couldn’t get it to stop. The alarm was hard wired, we couldn’t just take out the batteries. We had texted the number of the management and they responded very quickly. We were offered another cabin, but we did not want to pack up and move in the dark. We had two workers come out at different times to check the alarm-seemed like it was working well. Unfortunately, it went off again that night while we were sleeping. The cabin and surrounding area was peaceful and serene, set back from the road, very relaxing-just the lack of sleep due to the alarm was frustrating. The staff was always quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back."
