"I have allergies & asthma. I knew after 15 minutes on site that I couldn’t sleep there. There were candles burning in the foyer, multiple bowls of potpourri, and multiple cats coming and going from outdoors—upstairs and downstairs. I’m very allergic to cats. Had I known these things prior to booking, I never ever would have booked—much less for 2 nights. They did extinguish the candles, but my throat was already thickening.
