"My wife and I took an overnight trip to Tyler and chose this hotel for its convenient location and solid reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel offered good amenities and was clean and secure overall. However, when we arrived at our room, we found the door slightly ajar, which immediately made me uneasy—I wasn’t sure if someone was still inside or if the room had been broken into. The door frame also had noticeable pry marks on it. Thankfully, the room was empty, and the door still closed and locked properly, so I decided not to report it.The only real downside was that our room was right next to the elevator. The loud dinging sound went off constantly throughout the night—at least a hundred times. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, but I’d strongly suggest requesting a room far away from the elevator.
