"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station.
All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay.
1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels.
2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"Bit far from the airport but if traveling early morning or late night then its nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was nice and felt luxerious. Cant complain at all. Also couldnt here tge other guests either. "
"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

"L9 of the BG Junction Mall. Great service from the staff. Relatively comfortable room with the exception of the lingering smell of cigarettes. Good a/c and wifi. Many food choices inside the mall. "

"I love the excellent services provided by the staff at the hotel. They are very approachable and sincere, which made my stay super pleasant. I would like to thank the front desk and the Koffee staff esp. Farrel, Yusuf and Shinta for the great service when I needed a birthday surprise for my travel mate and they did the birthday wish choc for me (yummy too). Thank you very much for the housekeeping staff too as I left the tips on the table but the staff didn’t take. I am indeed blessed and heartened to see such honest and sincere people at this hotel. Finally, I hope to return to Surabaya and stay at this hotel again. A BIG thank you to you all!"

"This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this.
