"We wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta to see the whales. It definitely exceeded our expectations. I wish I could attach pictures of the whales and dolphins a few feet from the shore. The house was luxurious, the staff was amazing, the chef was 5*. In short, we had a great time and plan to come back again next year. I would definitely recommend Mis Rocas. The value of staying there is definitely worth it. "

"We were there for a bachelor party - 10 guys in our 30s. The place is in a good location in the hotel zone and had plenty of space with large indoor / outdoor common areas. We had a few issues with being unable to get in touch with someone for check in and mild maintenance and the maid service came in and started cleaning early each morning after we asked to hold off. Not necessarily a bad thing but a little less private than we had imagined. Overall a good stay at a good rate for a large group...

"The cook and his wife were great. Food was prepared very well and on time.Communication with them was a little hard.The biggest problem we had was the pool heat. We were promised that the pool would be heated and set to any temperature we wanted.When we arrived the pool was cold and the heater wasn't running.We were there a week and they sent people out to fix but it would work for a little and then stop again.This is not except-able.The property was fine but in a Mexican area,not much English....
