Villa Hill spreads over 260 m2 of living space on a 662 m2 plot, providing ease of movement and an uninterrupted flow of this seemingly endless scope of elegant, functional and meticulously elaborate estate. On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a capacious, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a billiards table and a game console for those fun moments with your friends and family. The openness towards the beautifull swimming pool area will make you feel like you are both indoors and outdoors.

On the first floor you will find four comfortable bedrooms, three of which have king sized beds and one has two single beds that can be joined together.
