Situated in the sought-after Montañar II area of Jávea, this stylish semi-detached townhouse is your perfect base for coastal living with a touch of calm.

Step inside to find a bright and breezy lounge, a modern kitchen, and not one but two open-air patios – perfect for dining al fresco or simply unwinding with a glass of something cold. One patio is set just off the kitchen and looks out onto a quiet, leafy side road, while the other opens from the lounge and front door, with views across the lush communal gardens and inviting swimming pools.

Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a handy guest toilet and a double bedroom – great for guests or anyone who prefers to avoid the stairs.

Upstairs, the first floor offers a twin bedroom, a separate shower room, and a spacious master bedroom with its own en-suite. Built-in wardrobes and hot/cold air conditioning throughout ensure comfort whatever the season.

The top floor is a chill-out haven with a versatile TV or reading space and two balconies – one of which looks out over the pool area, perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down.

The townhouse sits within a secure, gated complex with separate pools for adults and kids, a small lawned garden, and a private underground parking space. And for those who want a little extra, residents also have access to a subterranean sauna and squash court – ideal for winding down or working up a sweat.

In just 10 minutes on foot you’ll hit the lively Arenal beach and promenade, packed with cafés, restaurants and cocktail spots. Prefer something quieter? The rocky Montañar II seafront is only a 3-minute stroll – with local favourite chiringuito Thalassa nearby, serving breakfast with sea views.

JH Tip: Montañar Beach House is situated in the same complex as Montañar Mar, just 250 meters from Ático Salónica and 150 meters from the complex housing Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue, and Cofisa Vista Mar. For families or groups, booking two or more of these properties together could be a fantastic option!

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

Una casa estupenda

Tiene 3 habitaciones grandes y la buhardilla es perfecta. Además tiene varias terrazas con diferentes orientaciones. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la playa está muy cerca. En la playa del arenal (5m andando) hay varios restaurantes que están muy bien. Sin duda volveremos a alquilar.

Es una casa preciosa!

Súper bien acondicionada y cómoda. Nos encantó la urbanización, muy agradable y tranquila. Tiene salida directa desde el salón al jardín y la piscina, y la playa está muy cerca. Repetiremos sin duda!

Casa súper recomendable

Fuimos con dos niñas pequeñas, y la casa está totalmente equipada, es muy amplia. Está cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Es muy cómoda porque tiene en la misma puerta una piscina de adultos y otra de niños. Además, puedes ir perfectamente andando hasta la playa del Arenal. Repetiremos.

Un acierto total!!

La casa tiene todo lo necesario, además de ser acogedora y estar muy limpia, está en una urbanización muy tranquila. Cerca de la playa del arenal y de cala blanca. Pudimos disfrutar además del mar en las rocas a tan solo 3 minutos andando.

La casa es muy acogedora y nos hemos sentido como en casa, tiene una ubicación privilegiada . La cocina está muy bien equipada y la limpieza es impecable. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.
