John’s place was exactly what our family needed for a comfortable home-feel for family attending our daughter’s local wedding rehearsal and ceremony the following day. John was extremely accommodating, friendly and flexible, providing everything we needed to be close to both the wedding venue and our home in order for us to be able celebrate this special day.

It was a definite farmhouse away from the city hustle. You had a full kitchen to use just like you are at home.

We wanted to get out of the city for a day and found this wonderful spot out in the country. We spent time petting goats and dogs and puppies and cats and enjoying our surroundings. John is a great guy and easy to talk with. The house is lovely and the hot tub was a treat.

The accommodations were inviting, graciously furnished, warmly hospitable. Altogether outstanding. The ambiance and serenity were exactly what my weary soul longed for. Review of VRBO Farmhouse My wife and I stayed in a king bedroom in this farmhouse for a UGA football game weekend. We had a wonderful time. The farmhouse is spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed.The bed was comfortable. We had access to the kitchen and the sitting/living room. There was a Keurig and pods available. The farmhouse was about 15-20 minutes to downtown Athens. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in nature.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! For us, the location was very convenient & accessible to so much & especially our family! We love casual, quaint, antiques, etc & you cannot beat the awesome owner! We were extremely comfortable & felt very safe. Oh & our Grands loved visiting the farm & petting all the animals two different days! We hope to return! Definitely recommend if you like the country vibe.
