CLEAN, recently renovated property not far from Herod's Gate. Rooms are Medium sized with small bathroom. VERY GREAT SERVICE by Front Staff Personnel and Dining room servers Yasser and John. They are Top Notch! Wifi is free and medium speed. Bathroom was a bit small, but in Jerusalem, this is normal. GREAT STAY! Breakfast was also a highlight. Would only add more fruit to the selection. GREAT PLACE for a Get Away!

In front me I noticed a discriminating attitude action with one group of guest which I did not like. Rooms are dirty. Service is bad. Even if you complain no one listen to you.

Falsely advertised. We did not even check in we turned around and left and the hotel would not provide us a refund. Very dirty property and the staff was exceptionally rude. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The location is perfect if you plan to visit the old city, also there is market and restaurants nearby, the terrace in the rooftop is beautiful and great view of Jerusalem, comfy room with terrace and good bed I had nice rest and it was clean, the staff needs urgently customer service skills, they lack of service and empathy with guests, the breakfast was ok but not to tasty for me. Overall was ok

Great staff, great location

We really enjoyed the top notch service, especially from the breakfast wait staff and the bartenders. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. The accommodations were nice, and the location was great, We were just 15 minutes by walking from Old Jerusalem City. The lounge area is very nice and comfortable.

Not the best hotel

A very basic hotel. The area is not great and the front desk staff are terrible. The other staff who serve food etc are much better but doesn't make up for the hotel. I was mistaken to think this was a Ritz hotel but it's just the name this is nothing like the Ritz I've been in other countries.

The Ritz hotel was fantastic. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and the food was delicious . The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’d like to give a special mention to George ho checked me in and also helped wit booking Nesher shuttle to the airport and also to Yasser who was very helpful and friendly at breakfast and dinner. Overall a great hotel with great staff. Also a fantastic location as very close to the old city.

Excellent Staff

Nice and pleasant staff, especially Jamal and Reem and all the reception staff where so great, friendly and easy to talk with. I will be coming again with my family, the staff at ritz jerusalem made my stay comfortable and worth while. Thanks friends.

Bra hotell

Jag ville ha ett hotell nära Klagomuren och googlade fram detta. Ett rent och bra hotell. Personalen i matsalen är väldigt vänliga och serviceinriktade. God hummus och myntate kan man få på begäran. Personalen i receptionen är inte speciellt trevlig, tyvärr, förutom killen som jobbade lördagen vi var där. Man ska vara medveten om att detta hotell ligger i de arabiska kvarteren om man tycker det är av viktig info. Det är väldigt nära Damascusporten vilken är en mycket trevlig gate in till gamla stan. Jag rekomenderar detta hotell.

This hotel is poorly located

They don't tell you but this hotel is located in East Jerusalem. Extremely dangerous, unfriendly and if you dare go out of the hotel, well in that neighborhood, good luck!

Very small bathroom

The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel lobby was clean and nice, but our room’s bathroom was so so small you even can’t find a way to get in or out of the bathroom. In addition, I have noticed that they don’t pay their best attention for cleaning the room and bathroom. But overall was good since we spent less time in the hotel and most of the time outside exploring Jesus footsteps.

A due passi dalla porta di Damasco.....

Hotel nel centro di Gerusalemme segnalato molto bene camere ristrutturate a nuovo un po' piccole ma funzionali colazione abbastanza discreta non ottima ma discreta è bel terrazzo all'ultimo piano con una vista Bellissima su tutta Gerusalemme Peccato che il terrazzo non viene utilizzato dovrebbe essere più incentivato e magari mettendoci della musica e possibilmente anche un bar molto gentile personale della reception è disponibile Direi che per una notte in centro a a Gerusalemme ottimo!!
