"The house was great. Every amenity that you could imagine in your own home was available to you and more. Yes, the owner asks that you treat the house with respect (e.g., shoes off in the house), but the clean attitude and those requests have kept this property nice. Plenty of beds, nice patio, and outstanding grill. (We didn’t use it, but it was fantastic.) Kitchen and bathrooms were all well-appointed. [For you animal lovers, the neighborhood cats were friendly and the ducks were hilarious.] I would definitely stay again."

"Everything about this stay was perfect from the moment I reached out to the host with questions before we booked. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful. We were staying with 8 students and two pairs of adult couple chaperones for a competition at the KBH Convention Center in downtown Dallas. The sleeping arrangement were perfect. The six teenage boys in the "bunk room", the two teenage girls in the room with one set of bunk beds, and the chaperones in the two other rooms. The property seemed too good to be true from the online descriptions. I've had a couple of experiences where the online description and reality didn'tatch. It 100% is as good as it looks. The kids loved the games, which provided some great down time / bonding for them when they weren't competing. There was enough room for adults to sit and converse while the kids had fun. The property is very neat and clean. Towels were abundant, the kitchen was well appointed, and the laundry was equipped with new machines and supplies. The host had so many extras that were appreciated, from toiletries in the bathrooms to Ziploc bags in the kitchen. The grill was clean and functional, and the garage was very helpful to us as we needed to store equipment. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and close to the highway so even with traffic it was less than 30 mins to the Convention Center. The whole experience was marvelous, and if I'm ever back in Dallas the "Sweet Escape" will be top on my list to book."

"First and foremost, Natalie went above and beyond for our group!! She made it so special for my big trip. Every single detail of the house was perfect. My Maid of Honor sent decor ahead of time and Natalie had it completely set up along with some great additions she already had saved! She was more than helpful with finding us things to do, giving great ideas, and being there at the drop of a text! We could not have picked a better hostess!!! The house is even cuter than the pics, the decor, the wallpaper, the amenities, the beds were all top tier! Everyone has raved about it since we left! The outdoor areas were super cute with the hand painted details and plenty of seating for all 10 of us! Natalie you rock girl, I can’t wait to see what else you do in the future!"
