I was in room 553 and complained from the first day of an unpleasant odor emanating from the drains (face basin, tub, and shower) in the bathroom. Instead of moving my reservation to a different room, they just removed the caps of the drain, stating they cleaned them. That was far from the truth; we instead had to deal with the unpleasant smell for the duration of the entire stay. Vacationers, please beware of that room."
